No App Store needed — install directly from your browser.
After installing, launch it from your home screen icon.

    Go to seize-the-day-zeta.vercel.app in Safari. Must be Safari — Chrome or other browsers won't work.

    Tap the Share button in the top-right of the address bar.

    Scroll down in the share sheet and tap "Add to Home Screen".

    Confirm the app name and tap "Add" in the top-right. Done!
